Chamber Orchestra of New York opens its 10th Anniversary Season with Postcards from Italy. Music Director Salvatore Di Vittorio conducts Rossini’s Barber of Seville Overture, Verdi’s La Traviata Prelude to Act 1, and Mendelssohn’s Italian Symphony. American violinist Elena Urioste performs Respighi’s first Violin Concerto, alongside premieres of Di Vittorio’s Palermo Overture and Brosse’s Pictures at an Exhibition.
