Salvatore Di Vittorio and Chamber Orchestra of New York received an IndieFest Film Festival Award of Excellence for Best Score for our Maestro’s orchestration/arrangement and conducting of the orchestra’s performance for the film Transformation.

Note: Inquiries are reviewed through a 3-step process: 1) our initial review results in proposal options to client (or agency), 2) if third party, agency shares proposal options with its client, and 3) agreement is drawn including 50% deposit. For all reviews that exceed the standard one-week review process, a $500 retainer will be charged – to be credited towards the production.

Transformation movie documentary
“I wish to thank Salvatore Di Vittorio and the Chamber Orchestra of New York for their participation in the creation of the music score for the “Transformation” movie documentary soon to be released by Sierra Productions. From the first I found maestro Salvatore Di Vittorio to be incredibly professional, prompt in communication, and untiringly helpful at every stage of our joint working although both he and the orchestra were placed under immediate time constraints during the last month of post-production. We did not originally plan to incorporate an orchestra in the music composition, so we were exceptionally pleased when Salvatore agreed to come on board at such short notice. While working under very limited time and artistic constraints Salvatore arranged, orchestrated, and conducted a masterful compliment to the digital score by our composer. On one memorable track Salvatore created and arranged a series of timelessly beautiful instrumental echoes that spoke to the soul of the scene being performed by our cast, leaving a hauntingly memorable impression on the viewer. The orchestrated opening and closing arrangements also added a depth, beauty, and fullness to the production which exceptionally complimented our composer’s original score. As the Director of TRANSFORMATION, I will ever be grateful for the collaboration between our film and the Chamber Orchestra of New York who performed the score brilliantly!”
